Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

  • During the AMC period, if it is required to replace any individual component/device, the replaced component/device shall be equivalent or higher capacity and should fully compatible with existing system. If any major part has to be repaired or replaced, a replacement system of equivalent or higher capacity will be provided till the original system is replaced. During the currency of AMC the customer has the right to either include or exclude some of the UPS system to or from the contract.
  • The contractor shall also ensure a minimum of one visit per location for the preventive maintenance in four months. During this period, if the contractor attends any call for repairs etc this will be considered as a visit for preventive maintenance.
